Background
bolivian fashion designer fera schmidt of icetees recently teamed up with nike and its WeAreCultivator program, an initiative that aims to further highlight the stories of nike collaborators. the result of this particular collaboration is a tropical neon green react Element 55 that draws inspiration from Schmidt’s journey from bolivia to new york city.
vision
fera requested our assistance in helping get the word out on her newest collaboration & opportunity with nike. HNY’s own ely moskowitz spearheaded a pr campaign focused around the sneaker’s release. our goal was simple: to obtain earned media placements via lifestyle & streetwear verticals.
strategy
the results brought in heavy traffic for fera’s instagram feed and aided in selling out the shoe. b2 fera’s are currently valued at $250 on stockx due to its limited availability and consumer interest.
